The prices set out are a guide to taxi costs and should be used only as a guide.

The below example estimated costs are all calculated from the customer boarding from the Witney Taxi rank in the Market Square. Bon voyage.

Unless a firm price is agreed beforehand the taxi meter will be used on all journeys and if the meter cost is lower than the guide price this is the price you will pay. Please note that at any time of day traffic conditions can occur resulting in a higher than guide price fare*.

The below guide prices are for after 7am and before 11pm Monday to Saturday. Before 7am and after 11pm Mon-Sat the rate changes to rate 2 charges. Sundays and bank holidays are 50% higher all day than standard Mon-Sat charges.
